You have reached the resource site for FQS’s assessors and agencies.  Access beyond this page is available only to existing accredited agencies, to applicant agencies, to assessors, and to members and directors of the FQS corporation.  Access requires a user name and password.   Access may be granted to others with an interest in the accreditation program, at the discretion of a director or senior member of staff of the corporation - request a user name and password here.

General information about FQS’s accreditation and training programs is available on the FQS web site at www.forquality.org.

Information for accredited and applicant agencies

If you are an applicant or one of our more than 50 existing accredited agencies and would like to access the up-to-date versions of FQS’s policy, procedure and guidance documents, click here.  The link will take you to a page with a full list of applicable documents, each of which can be downloaded.  Note that ISO/IEC 17025:2005 is not available as it is a copyrighted publication and, for the same reason, the checklist is only available on request confirming that you have an authorized version of ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
